I like it on my PIZZA, And plain out eating a wedge. :)
All my grandparents came from italy, so naturally I like it. I even put strips of it on top of a bowl of soup.
Love the stuff, extra on my pizza.

1 very large pizza pan.
Make pizza crust and bake alone at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
1 can of tomato sauce 12 ounces spread out evenly on crust
1 very large bell pepper sliced to desired sizes.
1 lb. of ground mild sausage sauted until golden brown.
1 very large onion sliced to desired sizes.
6 ounces of mushrooms.
12 ounces of black olives
1 lb. of extra sharp cheese
1 lb. of mozzarella cheese
1 lb. of pepperoni thin sliced
Top with ingredients as desired.
Put back in oven for 15-20 minutes.
Serves 2 male or female 'sumo wrestlers' scantily dressed - :flames: LOL :grin: :grin: :grin:
Fresh mozzarella is nice to have once in a while, it's not my favorite though. For pizza I prefer provolone.
