Be interesting to see how this one pans out in court. test case against torrents for sweden. The eyes of the world will be watching.. its about time torrents were cleaned up.
thepiratebay.org moved to the netherlands already, and say they will be back up very soon.
Sweden and the Netherlands still have a fairly "open" attitude towards BitTorrent.

If you follow that link far enough, you will see they sell Pirates Bay t-shirts, clocks, and etc. Personally, if I were them, I would not want to draw that much attention to myself. Maybe their site would win a fight in the courts, but why tempt fate?Quote:
