Resolution plays havok with Layers!

Hi
If anyone can help with this I'd be very grateful. I have a site here which looks fine in 1024 X 768 but at other resolutions like 800 x 600 and 1280 x 1024 two of the layers I have used are knocked off line. Everything else is fine. Any suggestions (other than not using layers!)? I used FP2003 for the layers.

This may not help your problem but having visited the site in all res. from 800x600 to 1280x1024 I have had no problems with slipping layers, looks just fine in whatever. ?
