"Disk Full"...But It's Not.
I have a client who is an attorney and we are having issues scanning using an HP 6210 All-In-One with XP Home SP1 as the OS. He is scanning legal documents and we continually get an error message saying that the "disk is full". We get this message after scannin 8 of 10 documents that average 700kb each. I have increased the virtual memory from 756mb to 20000mb. His hard drive has 36GB of free space. We are scanning at the lowest resolution possible. HP Tech Support's online chat service gave me a link to a help file that I had already tried where they reccomend deleting temp files, emptying the Recycle bin, etc. They also suggest increasing virtual memory / page file size which I have done. The HP 6210 does not use it's memory but rather that of the computer so it's not an issue with the printer I am assuming.
If anyone has any ideas on this issue, I would greatly appreciate hearing them.
Thanks as Always,
Jeff Farrar
