One of the best I heard was when I was living in Spain. An English friend of mine was arrested while going to work on a train because the Police mistook him for someone else. They let him go a few hours later, but try explaining that to your customer!

While living in Austin, I took a co-worker to the Minor Emergency Center because, after a "sleepover" he had zipped himself up in his pants. Since I was his supervisor, it was a hard story to dispute.
Well, to clarify just a bit, he had a iron-clad alibi at work, but the interrogation I got at the hospital was pretty rough.
