what is shown in device manager under sound?
What is shown in control panel - sound for playback and record devices?
-
in control panel, under it in sound and audio device properties it shows no audio device
-
in device manager, under sounds, video and game controller it shows so many things like audio codec, legacy audio drivers, legacy video capture devices, logitech mic, media control devices, soundmax integrated digital audio, unimodem half-duplex audio device, video code
-
where is sound for playback and record devices??????????
-
control panel
sounds, speech and audio devices
sounds and audio devices
audio tab
Check the drop down boxes for other options as well as the default one showing.
-
In device manager under soundmax integrated audio, is there any error or does it say the device is working properly?
Do you use the modem? - disable the unimodem half-duplex audio device and restart the machine. This device has been known to interfere with normal audio in the past.

yes it works thanx a lot noonoo u help me a lot. i spend three weeks on this but u have done in just 15 minutes thanx a lot. one last thing how it doesnt show any volume control in the menu bar.
-
That's a check box in control panel> sounds on the general tab...
Glad it's fixed. Was it disabling the modem sound that fixed it?
-
