Another "don't hear a sound" with Everest info
I read an earlier post and am in an identical situation (3 months no sound). I have reformatted and had no sound, tried again no sound....purchased new speakers...no sound...I'm at my wits end and have just spent another fruitless evening trying to fix it.
However I found one of your earlier threads and have used the same everest program. I went to the website which you linked for the other guy to use to download the driver but wasn't sure what socket or which of the many sound cards listed related to my computer.
Please could you help, I'd be incredibly grateful!!
