Strange Word and Outlook Problem

Ok here it is. Dual monitors are setup. When you bring up word or outlook on monitor 1 it changes the resolution of that monitor to 800x 600. If you drag it to monitor 2 it goes back to the right resolution but monitor 1 stays at 800 x 600. If you kill the application "word or outlook" it goes back to the original resolution. Now the strange part it only does that with word and outlook all other office application start up in the right resolution. I have tried the latest video driver i have tried to repair the office install but nothing seems to work. I thought it might be a profile issue but it does it no matter what profile logs in. Does anyone have any ideas what to try next?

The only thing think of is maybe the properties of those programs (on the exe file) are changed like in the compatibility tab. I know there is an option under that tab to run the application in 640x480 mode and maybe that is causing it. You can get those properties by finding the actual EXE file (usually somewhere in Programs Files\Microsoft Office\...) and right clicking on WINWORD.EXE for example and checking the properties.
