ok my internet wont start and it says that its because the firewall is causing it to be blocked and weell ive turned it of didnt work then i made the internet exceptional andstill didnt work then finally i tried to restore it to its original factory thing and it keeps saying errror if this message continues call HP and well guys plz i need help
