An MS Excel?

Could someone tell me how to configure Excel to open a new instance of the program each time I open an existing file or create a new one.
I work with multiple Excel files on 2 separate monitors, I can organize windows to work with one file at a time, I can also start Excel.exe each time I open a new file, but I am looking for ways to be able to start separate Excel.exe each time I open a file so I have complete access to the editing tools without having to switch between windows.

My computer-tools-folder options
in File Types tab select .xls, click Advanced
Uncheck "browse in same window"
Select the open action, click Edit
Clear the "DDE message" box, leave the rest untouched
OK all windows.

Also may do the same for the .xlsx file extension if you use Office 2007 or newer.
