[RESOLVED] MONITOR DRIVER

My Actebis Targa monitor displays "Cable disconnected/No signal input, when booting. If I hit the re-set it connects. I have tried re-installing the driver, and the computer tells me all is o.k. However when I look in the system information it tells me the driver is not installed. Can anybody help PLEASE??

When booting, does it give one long and three short beeps? If so, it may mean a loose video card. Try reseating it in the slot. Thanks to Eagle, shawnMt, and MAYHEM for reminding me of this!
