Ok just to cover the bases, I have done all recommendations I found when browsing for my problem including using the drivers listed in this forum as well as a few other generic drivers.. no luck..
Was running win2k server.. sound card worked fine.. now fresh install to XP (not upgrade.. ewww) My sound does not work. All drivers look fine it lists as a ES1371/1373 blah blah (WDM) like everyone else here.
It is an onboard Audio, onboard Video, but thats it. Everest information is as follows:

If anyone can give me a heads up that'd be Great. Its a PIII 500Mhz mobo which I believe used to be part of a Seanix OEM system some time ago, not sure of the model of such but Seanix doesn't have anything, they have a very useless driver base. If you need any more information please don't hesitate to ask.
