The question is presenting words in increasing length - a Fibonacci sequence. There actually is a missing entry on this. Each word's length is equal to the sum of the two previous word's lengths.

I = 1
A = 1 + 0 = 1
Fa = 1 + 1 = 2
Missing word = 2 + 1 = 3
Farms = 3 + 2 = 5
Pharmacy = 5 + 3 = 8
Pharmacopoeia = 8 + 5 = 13
Pharmoneuropsychology = 13 + 8 = 21
Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious = 21 + 13 = 34
