Water boils at 100 degrees Celcius at sea level, but the higher up you go the lower the boiling point. Therefore Shady's eggs will be boiling at a lower temperature, and consequently take longer to cook.
You don't need water to boil to denature the protein in the egg (ie cook it).... so both the same time :DQuote:
