all i need to say is statutes of limitations in pa over a traffic offense are like 2 years .
i did sooo many with my first gremlin .. and my other cars they had to fake the incident and right me up for **** i didnt do then lie in court to bag my drivers liscence , then 1 day before i take inspection mechanics liscence test they personally remove my drivers liscence /..
then they play with it for 1 month before theys end it in so i get a 7 month no d~lisnce on a 6 month charge all days before iraq invaded kuawati ...
got it back right before the gas pricess came down...they did me a favor cause i kept driveing for that first month and i got caught blowing their doors off{mechanical failure, hit pot hole stocked with trout} all they seen of my matadore coup were tailights ....
sucker cut me a break i pleaded nguilty to no insp sticker and wrong plate/no registration .. but got a win on the million motions i filed for no liscence ...
