Best method would be a lowbie, an intermediate to SK it within 9 levels of the higher level character - so a team of 3.
We'll have to post the levels to coordinate with whoever is available/willing to PL.

Cass has been promoted by Buzzerbeater last night.
She'll be able to invite Great Gazoo (how do you spell that name? :p) when she next meets him.
I'll also tell her to use the invitation privilege only when a concensus has been reached with the other sargeants first.
Last night was AWESOME! Major's CoT mission was almost as good on the XP payback as getting powerlevelled! Even with debt, I was able to go up 5 bars to reach level 32 and then almost got another bar with Aumakua, Buzzerbeater, Carbonado and Aurell once I got Unstoppable.
Unstoppable is unslotted for now, but it still rocks. When it drops I pop Dull Pain, hit Invincibility again and I'm good to go. I still think the drop in HP when Unstoppable ends (2 minutes) is way over-penalizing, considering that blaster uberpowers like Nova and Inferno don't drop the player's HP to 10%, but I had slotted Dull Pain expressly for that.
Had a chance to try it 3-4 times last night, and the timing is almost perfect now so that I don't even have to pull out of a fight to recharge. Dull Pain brings the HP back up to just over half, and Stamina recharges End so quickly that I can just Provoke 2-3 times and then be able to get into the fray again.
So far, so good.

Hey guys. Hope all the Americans out there had a good Turkey Day. I was on a lot this weekend and no one was around :( Anyway, I wanted to quickly lvl Carb to get to 34 for the respec. So now I have 8 bars to go for that. There is just so much I want to change... Anyway, the plan is to be to 34 by this coming weekend. Needless to say, my fixation on badges has abated and now I'm purely focused on this respec. Once I get this guy to 34, I have a def and blaster I would like to play with. And this time I'm being much more careful as they lvl. Hero Planner is my buddy now.
Oh yeah, can I please be a Sargeant? I'm not interested adding a whole bunch of players, I just wanna be one. Pretty please... please, please, please! Come on! I'm a good guy, and people like me. My mom says I'm a swell lad. Ok, done beggin.
