I think it is ideal to play with a group that is within about 2 lvls of everyone. For the lower people in the team the bonus xp will help them move up quicker, and it is still beneficial to the upper lvl members. I think the important issue is not to have people feel left out who can't play as much as they wish they could. I think I can safely say that everyone in the group has alternate toons that they can play and be happy with. I also realize that everyone wants to get to that great next power, however, I think we have to consider what is best for the team first. I can honestly say I really like playing my toon, however, playing on Teamspeak with the whole group is really where the fun is for me.
Soooooo, with all that said, I think we may have to come up with some sort of guidelines for team membership that address such things as leveling, communication, etc. Also, we may want to form a Teen version of our group so that we can level our Alts happily. I think this little extra work can go a long way into having a fun, tight-knit group.
What do you guys think?
