Oh! BTW - They are changing bosses and LT's a lot. They will be much tougher with loads of hp. But, they will be worth major XP now. A freak boss gets you say 3000-4000 xp by himself.

That was the last time he posted anything in that one.
I do hope they're listening and paying attention anyhow.
As for Regen scrappers, I thought the nerf had been entirely removed following much rioting?

I for one, am not looking forward to this 3rd issue. I haven't tested Carb extensively on it, however, I'm probably gonna give it a try tonight. Also, finally respec'ed Carb last night and I must say I like playing the lil fellow a lot more now. Although the jump kick i selected is goofy looking and slow, the dragron tail kick does pretty much rock.
As far as the respec went, it was pretty successful. Only a couple deaths. It's an all freak fest with lots of tanks. I think overall, it was fair in difficulty. Just right.
Which reminds me of an adventure I had last week which was quite humorous. We fought these Nemesis automotons (i think that is the spelling) and they looked like office workers but we're weilding the standard Nemesis weaponry, quite funny. They also kept asking for the TPS reports (Office Space). Great humor.
Now the wait for issue 3, when I was just having so much fun with my new scrappier scrapper... shudder.

I think we should all do the respec trial even if we do get a free one. Just to "bank" it for later.

Question - have you taken all the non toggles and slotted them about 3 times each yet? That might help a ton with just the non unstoppable toggles turned on.
The non-toggle passives can help out (have them 2 slotted on live) but even 6-slotting them will not come anywhere the damage resistance cap, from what I understand, when coupled with either the new Unyielding, Invincibility or TempInv. In the case of Unyielding, defenses get lowered so more slots/powers are needed.
Still, it's something to consider...

• Reduced the defense debuff of Invulnerability/Unyielding.
• Fixed Invulnerability/Unyielding so a character can jump and use flight powers while the power is on.
There's still a debuff to offset though... sigh.
Maybe I should just bit the bullet and accept the fact that this toon will never fit my concept of him.

I started looking over the changes made and they don't look bad. If you get all the passive resists and just skip unstoppable you might wind up with a really decent tank. Honestly, you have dropped more now with the latest build than ever before. This might be a godsend for you.
