I'm gonna say no because of the whole green stripe thing. Blue may be a recessive gene which wouldn't be as common as another color.

One third are pure pink leaving 800 elephants.

So of that 800 some have pink and green stripes and some are all blue.

Without other words than "some", there is no way of telling exactly how many of the 800 are pink and green, and how many are blue.

Answer has to be no.
