Here's what I have come up with so far.
I like the Celeron so I will not change that.
Board- ASUS TUSL2-c I815E Motherboard
CPU- Intel Tualitin Celeron 2 1300 (256)fc
Case- A-open HX45A-P4 Mid tower 300 Watt ATX
Video- ASUS V7100 Pro Geforce2 MX400 64MB TV/out
Sound- Abit AV10 6 Channel Sound with remote
NIC- A-Open AON325 PCI 10/100 nic
Hard Drive- Maxtor 7200 RPM ATA 133 40GIG
Keyboard/mouse-Logitec Cordless Freedom™ Optical
*Have Ram- pc133 256MB
*Have Floppy
*Have DSL
*Have Monitor 17" Compaq USB .25dpi
*Have 4X4X8 CD BURNER
*Have CDROM Afreey 45X

I've added that up to be 949$ canadian but I will not pay that . I will look for the cheapest place even if I have to buy everthing individually.

You're going to spend more money on gas driving around between places than what you're going to save on computer components. Differences in price between different computer shops is usually very small. If you see a huge difference somewhere, that is a red flag - is it stolen, refurb, RMA, used/leased, etc??? Plus if you make a big purchase at one shop, they tend to treat you better and you might even get a bit of a discount.

OH I'm not just looking in my area I'm looking ONline too. I waiting to hear back from my bank about my stolen credit card, and when I can get a new one.
