I purchase with them a lot and haven't had a problem. I did have to send a monitor back a while back and it was a pain but recently I had to send something else back and it was reletivly easy. Still have to pay for shipping though. :(

I had bought alot from them and really liked their service and had never had a problem with them until back in the fall, I had a REALLY bad experience with them selling computers that I had brought from them. Long story, but I will NEVER buy from them again (unless I absolutely HAVE to).
