I bring my lunch usually, and eat it in a common break/dining area. Where I work, it's mostly women (medical claims office), so I just keep my mouth shut, and just watch and listen. There's more entertainment and drama than any show or movie you'll ever see.

I hear ya Sowulo. I think I've lost almost ten pounds since I started my own business and I wasn't heavy to begin with. Lunch just seems to have disappeared out of my daily routine.
:(

Bag lunch - surprise every day as I don't make it myself.
Well, I *am* married :D
Whatever I feel like at lunchtime, which usually occurs around 2PM when the rush dies down a bit

I usually eat once a day, sometime between 2pm and 2am....I don't understand the whole breakfast, lunch, and dinner thing.....If our bodies need fuel they tell us...we get hungry. I eat first chance I get once I start feeling hungry--sometimes two or three times a day--sometimes not at all. I have no doubt that when we follow the old, "It's noon, I must be hungry." or, "I just got home from work--time for dinner." is when we start packing on the pounds....

Actually I am trying to eat 4 or 5 meals a day, but it is tough when you only get one lunch break(that I spend the entire time reading through). I am working out a lot now, mixed with keeping up with an extremely active girlfriend. The body needs fuel, and if you eat several small meals a day, the metabolism actually goes through the roof. My biggest problem is keeping it sensible, but I have all but stopped eating all fast food. Of course, I also don't keep track of actual weight either, I vary 5 - 7 pounds every couple of days depending on the time, due to the intensity of my lifting, so it is not really worth it.

Lunch? what is this l.. lu.. lunch you speak of?

If i dont go home for lunch, we usually hit the feeding trough (AKA Golden Corral Buffet). Sometimes on fridays we get mexican or go to Hooters for some wings. I try to eat at home as often as possible though.
