InCD is a packet writing software and writes CDRW as if it were a big floppy. In fact when you want to use a CDRW for first time, it formats it to UDF standards and then you can use the "Send to" menu as if you were writing to a floppy or any other drive.
Note however that -
1) Disable any native XP CD writing support.
2) No ASPI layer required.
3) InCD must be started as a Run program from the registry (like the nvidia nView Desktop manager). It wont work if you start it from the Run prompt or a shortcut.
4) From the Nero site confirm it supports your writer. The model need not be specifically carrying the XP logo.
