i think every one has aready said what i use
I like winamp, but I have one problem with it. Sometimes I want to hear a certain song, so I double click on it. But if I double click on it while another song is playing, it stops the current song and plays the new one. In Music Match it just adds the song the playlist. Anyway of making winamp do the same thing? I know I can setup preset playlists, but I don't like them. I just open what ever I feal like listening to at the time.
Winamp wins hands down, I wish other products were as reliable. (not mentioning any names)
That is just an option. Go into the prefrences menu>setup>file types. then on the right side of the screen the second option up is 'enque as default action'. Then it'll work like a champ and double whip the llamas ***.

Hey Naked Boy! Go into the Preferances... Under the section "File Types" you can check the box for "Enqueue As Default Action" That'll make it add to a playlist, instead of stopping the current song.
Oh yeah, did I mention, Winamp rocks
Did i hear blasphemy??? MS WiMP Best??!?Quote:

Since I heard of winamp I've never tried anything different, simply because winamp satisfies all my needs.
I've hooked about 50 people on winamp myself Im sure some of them have told people and so on.......
:D
Winamp by far
PlayCenter 2 from Creative Labs
I use RealJukebox, mostly because I have the Plus version.
WMP defies the laws of nature by both sucking and blowing. It skips terribly, and has the worst crossfade I've ever heard.
Yeah Winamp is sweet. I found version 2.4 or something on disk the other day. Even then it kicked ***.
What do you expect from a Micro$uck product? Hehe...6.4 is fine for whatever video I need, but it's not my default audio player. 7 sucks AND blows AND bites. And 8 probably will too.Quote:

Packrat, I tried RJB, and it really is slow. Better than WMP but slow. Do you have WinAMP? Do you like WinAMP better or no?
You can tell the kind of people who make Winamp aren't just hung up on the proprietary music formats, alliances, advertising, and SDMI crap. They are probably MP3 lovers themselves and not just a huge company like Real or Microsoft.
Long live Winamp.
