Uhhgg,.. After last weeks disappointing performance by Jeff Garcia, I think the Niners will regroup and take a win over Miami by -3. Home field advantage will make this possible.

Hmmm,.. when I said 3 I didn't think it would be 3 TD's and a shut-out. What a great game! Go Niners!!! :D
Looked like the Offence showed up this week!
and the Defense is still getting better!
Result: NINERS take The Dolphins to the cleaners!
And that's 10-3!
GO NINERS !

I knew it I knew it I knew it!!!!!!!!!!!! Stupid fscking @$$4013 ViQueens manage to fsck up another road game!!!! Can't be bothered to play ALL FOUR QUARTERS!!!
We can beat the living daylights out of the Packers and the Titans, but we can't win vs. the two LOSINGEST (is that a word?) teams in the entire dammed NFL!! Oh look, theres the Vikings, the only team that the Lions and Panthers have managed to beat this year!!!
All Vikings fans repeat after me: FAT DUMB MUST GO!!!!! FAT DUMB MUST GO!!!!!
AAAARRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!
w00h000000000000000!!! What a great game the Steelers had against Baltimore!! Once again, the final score doesn't really show the way the Steelers totally dominated tonight, but hey 11-2 and AFC Central champions, plus Kordell had a career high 333 yards. I'll take it. :D
All I can bring myself to say about today is Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.......... :( :(
Okay, let me just say this, and I'll shut up. If I had Banks, Conway, and Westbrook all trapped in a room with me, and I had a stiff riding crop and a paddle, it would be really hard to decide who to damage first. :( :(
I mean, thanks a lot, guys. I can't even bring myself to begin listing the missed opportunities I'm thanking you for, or I'll get started all over again, and I'm at my in-laws house, so I can't do anything to release my frustration.
I mean, dropped passes, random and sloppy passes, stupid penalties, not to mention missed field goals and......OH I HAVE TO STOP NOW OR I'LL LOSE IT.......
hehehhhehe packers lost, woohoooo
bears won wooooohooooo
go bears :D
urggghhhh

Renee, look at it this way. By the Redskins losing, that helped the Niners get into the playoffs. All we need now is a Saints loss, and we're there. But I think I'm routing for a Saints win though over the Rams tonight. I'd rather take a chance at the NFC west title and I need the Rams to lose in order for that to become more likely.

you're right the score was not indicative of how thoroughly the steelers beat the ravens. The most symbolic moment was a shot of ray lewis on the field in the forth quarter hands on knees slightly bent over and just sucking wind. The steelers punched baltimore in the mouth, and when they got back up, punched them again . . and again . . and again.
Aside from some shortcomings in the kicking game (return coverage and field goals) The steelers don't have any weakness and are deep at almost every position. If Kris Brown can overcome what appears to be a mental problem, and they can tighten up on the kick coverage teams, I can't see anyone beating this team. Certainly not anyone in the AFC.
I just hope that no matter what happens this year, the organization is smarter about the players and coaches it lets go than it has been in the past. They have a great core in place, they need to keep as much of it as they can.

Actually, I like the shot of Ray Lewis crying like the little bitch he is. I'm sorry, I respect him as a player, to me, Ray Lewis is nothing but a crybaby thug. All the Ravens did was talk smack all week about how they were so much better than the Steelers, and how great their defense is. All because Jerome Bettis made the off-handed comment that he thought Takeo Spikes was every bit as good a linebacker as Lewis but didn't have the support around him that Lewis does. Bettis never slighted Lewis or meant to offend him, but Lewis took it as a personal insult.
The Ravens forgot, however, that the Steelers man-handled them on both sides of the ball last time. Bettis ALMOST broke 100 yards rushing against them, and Stewart & Plax had a great day. The defense shut down pretty much everything the Ravens had going. The Ravens didn't earn that win...Kris Brown handed it to them on a silver platter.
So anyway, last night we saw who was for real. I've got more respect for Kordell Stewart than ever. He set a new personal best for passing in a game against ONE OF THE BEST DEFENSES IN THE NFL. He moved the ball, stayed focused on his receivers, controlled the clock, and most of all, looked like he was having a great time. I used to think we'd be screwed if Bettis got injured. But if the Bus can't run you over, Slash can still cut you up.
And you'r right...the only team in the AFC I can see beating the Steelers right now are the Steelers themselves.
