Actually I was hoping for years that LoTR would be made into a movie...now I just have to go and see it!
Peter Jackson has been my favourite director ever since the early gore and splatter days of <a href="http://www.badtaste.co.nz" target="_blank">Bad Taste</a>. :)

Yeah Wayward Clam is right Ender's Game will be awesome.
Another one I'd love to see is Ringworld, great sci-fi novel that has been in the big screen works for several years. :D

I've read rumors of that one actually happening about three months ago (in the planning stages anyway). It'd be cool if they did it right.

Agreed on both counts...but not *you* Cobra. I'd think a fully animated (like Final Fantasy) version of the old GI Joe cartoons would be interesting....

After all, if they're going to make a movie out of Scooby Doo...

At one time I wanted Battlefeild earth to come to the big screen But when it did the director and producer sucked and ruinned the movie.

The Book was easily 20 times better.
