Nice Place Sub!!! I claimed the whole basement of our house when we bought the place in December. My wife has the other 2 floors. The house LAN and Killer Home Entertainment Center are down here, along with a Bar Fridge, Toaster Oven & Microwave. Still gotta go upstairs to use the can :( . A new ½ bathroom is coming next year. :D
