I really do know that when a bomb blows up it's not decideing on who is to be killed, mamed or not..and that innocent people will die. I personally don't belive it's about oil, there is oil in iraq, but honestly not that much (if there was then our sanctions would of been lifted so we could get more oil). Do i think that killing ossama/saddam going to solve all the ills of the world. no.

as for god i do belive in the idea of a higher power, but i also belive that if you are to die then no matter what you will die.

no then mr saddam, he's not a nice boy...mamed, killed, bullied all of his people. If you listen to what reporters are saying that when their minders (gov't censors, iraqi) are out of ear shot they aleays hear that they hate saddam, and are absolutly petrified of him.

i heard on the news the other day that Iraqs oil reserves are worth an estimated 70 trillion dollars. i think thats a lot of oil

As for the "No blood for oil" peacenik thing, even my 14 year old knows that most of our oil comes from Venezuala. Taught to them in school. Side note. As a vet of "Just Cause" I say BLAST 'EM!!!!!!!

OK, some of you took what I said personally and you missed my point. Others were just kidding.
I know who Saddam is and what he has done all these years. But do you think a man can condemn a whole country because of its leader? Can a man decide the future of all those people? Has God given the right to this man to destroy one country? No God would approve such brutality!!
There are people dying there. Most of them are civilians. Most of them are women and children. You say "blast' em". Are you sure about it?

You lost thousands of souls a year ago and the whole World hurt the same as you. Thousands of people were wasted and the whole World cried with you. You remember that day and the whole World remembers it with you.
But these days a crime is being commited and the whole World will keep screaming it!

were threaten by Saddam and we tryed non war approach but it failed so the enxt step was what we are ding now, trying to help and take out saddam and other terrorists/threats. Inicents lives somtimes are taken its war, thats what happends its a shame, as in god Im a believer in him, but doesnt the bible also talk about war and other worst stuff? oh well that was my rant....

I agree with this war and most others. As far as who's next, maybe North Korea, Maybe France. I'm sure we could make it look like France is harboring terrorists.

The whole oil thing is a pathetic attempt to deface America even though I will agree it fits the profile of why we would go to war, to be able to drive even bigger SUV's that will never see a dirt road in their existance and they'll have gas powered everything, no more car battery, even the stereo will have it's own 4 cyclinder motor to spin the CD, gas powered cup holders, the American dream.

No one seems to care that Saddam is killing Iraqi's but people are pissed that we may wing a couple of them if they stand too close to the government there, not Saddam, the whole government or as we now say, the regime. Because if we said government than people might say, we have a government, is it evil too?
