I think you are f'ed up. Grant it, the germophobe pulled a Rodman flop on you and got you into trouble. He is partly to blame for making such a big deal about it. But your work ethics must be obviously poor because if you made a good impression all of this time that you have been working there, they would have blown this off by asking the other guy to stop complaining, and have you offer an apology for flickin’ bougars. Really, if management says you need help, we say you are a fool, and you even know how f’ed up you are, why don’t you listen, and grow up to become a man. To pick on someone who lacks the fortitude to defend himself is a childish thing. If it were me that you flicked snot on, I would have handed you your head, ripped from your body, and asked politely that you snort that snot back to where it came from. But you’d know before hand not to insult me because you would see me as someone that wouldn’t take your stupidity.
I believe you should have been fired for what you did. They are stupid for giving you a chance. They must see some potential in you, or they are just short staffed and have to bit the bullet by keeping you on, at least until you can be replaced. I wish you the best in any new job you seek. Hopefully you will mature and realize that it is a new chance to change who you are, perhaps for the better…
