I have read a lot of good thinking just to find out, in the end, that the cooler was glued?!?! Please... everyone knows that the setup of windows saves processor and ram: those are always the problem when the simptoms are thouse. The bios is just in the midle, and shoul also bee checked.

One other issue I have seen with systems is the nvram builds a memory and needs to be cleared on a machine before reloading. Most manufacturers websites will explain clearing the nvram. I have made it part of my routine on reloads for major system manufacturers.
