Ive got an mx500 and it is by far the best mouse I have ever used. The precision I can get with it is just great for Counterstrike when I need to move my crosshairs down just enough to get a head shot and it keeps up very well with my movements when I go into 'spray and pray' mode. Plus its so well designed it eventually starts to feel like an extention of my hand.Quote:
Logitech MX500 or MX700 (the 700 is a Wireless version of the 500)
This mouse was rated BEST mouse for FPS. ive got the MX700.
The only problem I have with it is that I can't use the mouse wheel or any of the extra buttons in game. Ive seen the same problem on another logitech mouse but I have no idea why it doesn't work right. But I really don't need the buttons so its not that bieg of an issue.
I thinks so. The mouse I returned was a Plain Jane White Wheel Mouse. The one I have now (MX 300) is Blue Wheel w/ a small "Fourth" Button (because Wheel is Third Button). It advertises an "MX Engine". It works much faster than the cheaper one (Based on Experience). I did get a ONE-COLOR mouse pad though, becuase OCCASIONALLy, when moving very small amounts, It would jump a bit. The new Mouse and $3.00 Pad works Great so farQuote:
