Looks great! Much easier to read than the first one you did!
Great job!
ok for those who followed this thread and were following my other car computer theard, here is a little sample of the new temple being made for the new menu app. Oh and im dropping VB (ehhe I used this to get somthing out quick) and going to use SDL, which then I can have a app work on both linux and windows :)
well here it is.....hope you like it

Very, very spiffy. Kudos on the great job! You certainly do have an eye for what looks good.
Anybody else think that the logo looks like Pac-man desperately running away from the dot? Kind of a reversal of fortune? :)
I like the basic concept. There's something very "complete" in using circles and curves. Smooth and strong. The colour scheme is very modern.
Here's what I would suggest though:
1. Bring the elements of the logo itself into harmony by aligning them on the geometric plane. If you were to draw a line intersecting the middle of the open circle and the bigger one surrounding, you'll notice that it does not intersect the top circle's center.

I lightened the original to bring the lines to better view.
To counter this, I suggest either moving either the top or the bottom circle into this "line", or have the top circle actually touch the larger one. This last option will counter the effect of the circles being "unbalanced", as they will now be part of the same "whole".
2. If the GUI is to be available while driving, try to use type that is much lighter than the background, or vice-versa (more contrast). This will make the time needed to actually make out and read the options much shorter and reduce the time spent watching something other than the road. :D
Sorry I couldn't post earlier - I was redecorating my office. I hope that thes comments help you out.
Excellent job so far.

yeah Ive found my self doing this :)
but its with the old gui. basicly these are the templats, they will be cut apart, since we are going to use a game engine for the menu system. We want real time transparency, and animation (maybe) just want a nice clean fast menu.
here is a example of the type of templats im trying to go for
