After reading more about the settlement Microsoft clearly states you have to sign the agreement, not use a digital signature plus no 3rd parties can submit or make the claim on your behalf... obviously they were thinking ahead that this very thing would happen.

I do have to agree with MS on part of the claim process, Lindows clearly did all they could to encourage people to claim the maximum refund regardless if they qualified or not. If people want to hold MS accountable for their deeds the same people should not do whatever they can to rip them off either...
