What rights infringed??? If you want to you say yes, if not say no, then get the hell outta there... Since I'm among the ones who say "I'll do it later" and then forget I have just bothered to check that option on my license...Quote:

I would like not to cloud this discussion anymore. My important point was that of education and advertisements; exploits of the results of current donors, and how they saved lives. Let’s keep it there, and save the BS debates for the straight out political threads, Ok!?!
That's the problem, they don't ask you (at least here in CT), there is just an option you can check on the back of the license, sign and have 2 witnesses sign as well... They could have a YES/NO choice on the application itself. I haven't had my checkbox marked for the simple reason that I've never had 2 witnesses around when thinking of that, and I'm not thinking too often about death since I don't have any plans for it during the next 70 years :D And probably I'll forget again when I renew my license.Quote:

It'd be like your legacy. Like my last gift to the human race. Just my 2 cent
The problem with mandatory donation is getting them to wait till you're dead. If you have have two of something, what's to keep them from eventually requiring you to give one of them up, for instance a kidney (and for you guys, something else too painful to consider)?

My legacy will be the completion of my face on a very large mountain range that can be seen from space, then once it is completed I will rise from the dead and go to Mars and sleep with the Amazonian women who have never seen a man and therefor have never known peace or happiness and they will make me their god, and we will love, then we will destory the earth for mocking me so!!!!Quote:
