Sorry, left out a step. After un-installing all versions, open Regedit and search for all instances of AOL and delete. Then continue on.

Errr umm this won't get all the AOHell keys ! many of them don't start aol 'anything' sure you can find 'em all, but it'll take time & patience - chopping things 'willy nilly' from the registry ISN'T a good idea ! which was why I suggested he track down the appropriate removal tools ;)Quote:

still having the same problem with aol:"no page to display".been talking to aol
but they haven't been able to fix it.here's what they suggested
1-download java
2-check for the default gateway and subnet mask
3-down load one of their utilities;can't open their web page.
4-repair I.E.6?
if I.E.6 is corrupt how come i can get to internet via I.E./MSN?
They offered me a free month for time lost too.
anyone have any ideas.
