One thing I like about these forums is we are all smart (well, most of us) enough to dismiss radical websites and not give them the slightest weight.

I remember John Kerry being a figure in the news.
I remember that as a result of what he said and did, that when I got off the plane after 2 years in Vietnam, my PERSONAL EXPERIENCE was that there was a guy in my face screaming "Babykiller".

Great guy, John Kerry. Do not, and I will say again, Do NOT denigrate Vietnam Veterans for having this opinion. We ****ing earned it.

I retract and apologize for the BinLaden statement. That was out of character, and out of line. We will not change each other's deeply ingrained belief systems, and I am large enough to respect yours. It is a big country.

I see. If someone protested the war in VietNam they are responsible for some guy calling you a Babykiller? For the record I think that stinks that someone would do that to a soldier who did his duty.
But to say John Kerry caused this too happen is ludicrous.
And remember the people protesting the war wanted to save our soldiers lives. The people who wanted the war to go on wanted our soldiers to fight and die.
I am not saying which side was right but if the protestors had their way you might not have went to Vietnam.
