I don't see it happening, but will write my Senators and Congressman just the same.
But even ripping your own CD's is becoming harder, with all the digital rights and copy protection.
My local Library loans out Music and other CD's and they put some sort of metallic strips on the cd to prevent copying.Quote:

I believe they have to buy a media licence from the appropriate board similar to those public houses purchase which covers audio and the videos [but not copying].
