Just tell her that you're not feeling any connection and to prolong the relationship would just make it more hurtful later on.

Tell her first like over the phone that "We need to talk" in a low serious tone.
When she asks about what just tell her that you would rather talk in person.
This way she is already kind of expecting something bad to happen and it won't be such a shocker.

Once the converstaion gets going it will all flow. Don't think about what you are going to say too much or it will just sound fake and rehurst. Tell her from your heart that you just aren't feeling her anymore. She can't be too mad about that.
