How are these things making it safer? Why not spend that money on counterterrorsim to find the guys before they drop a bomb, plane, truck, whatever in our laps where all the armed and armored guys won't make a lick of freaking difference. Lets put these guys back on the streets to arrest those that are breaking actual crimes and have the experts go after the soulless ****s that want to use terrorist tactics against us.

I agree. It's gotten totally ridiculous. I'd rather be free and protect myself than have the "Gestapo" watching my every move. It's not worth it !

Imagine how the "Terrorist Islamic Militant Radical" people of the world feel, i.e. me, we get harassed all over the world now, its like being black 50 years ago (or atleast when they were persecuted).

Well basically anyone who is strongly attached to ones religion nowadays is considered a "Terrorist Islamic Militant Radical" right. Its not nice being labelled and seen as one of those people when youre not.

And being terribly harassed about it, All you need is a beard, or some sort of Arab/Muslim clothes and poof youre evil and probably want to blow something up. Imagine how safe muslims feel in the US, you never know when the police are gonna take you and put you in jail indefinately for a crime that you might commit and might have committed or for no reason at all (Guantanamo Bay)

I got terrorized by a frelling Tundra Mosquito today. Blasted thing came right out of the sun at 12 O'Clock high and sucked me for a pint of blood. And where were the armed guards? They were over there harrassing a poor innocent moose who just happened to wander to close to the Drinking Water Plant. I mean come on I want my tax payer money to protect ME!!! Besides the Moose was lost...he kept saying something about having to find his buddy a dumb old flying squirrel! :thumbs:

If you are in a anti-gun state, then you wont be able to protect youself. It is up to the Gestapo to do it.

I see what you mean, and do agree with you. But also imagine what it is like to be a Christian. All you need is a Bible and to say the words God Bless you, and poof you are a Bible Banger and you want to "force religion" onto people. You are a bigot and a racists if you base your morals on the teachings on God. Plus, you never know when the God Hating Left is going to make it more difficult to openly believe in Jesus and God and force you into seclusion. Dont think so? Read some of the religous threads on here.
