I think the 'Hawks are just trying to keep a low profile by losing some early games. A lot of people were picking them for the super bowl. Starting the season slow and looking bad is a good way to remove all the expectations and maybe they can sneek their way into the super bowl against the Steelers, kinda like how Carolina did it last year.
