I loved the 4 win start by Ben, but I told myself they haven't really beaten a real team yet. They did that today & made a believer out of me - this whole team rules from top to bottom.
Steelers are now officially for real.

Yeah, Chris Hoke was playing great today, and Willie Williams did a more than adequate job filling in for Chad Scott. Joey Porter was an absolute monster, I wish he'd play like that every week.
Drat got the score wrong, but the team right...https://forums.windrivers.com/images.../2005/03/1.gif
Congratulations Steelers...It was good to see the terrible towels a wavin'. https://forums.windrivers.com/images.../2006/04/1.gif
So whatever happened to Kendrell Bell? I keep hearing that he's gonna play but never see him.
One undefeated team down, one to go.
I think the target date is next week against philly. If he is not ready by then, I'd put him on IR and free up a roster spot. Foote has looked good enough for me.Quote:

Turns out, it was the Hooters. of course!!
Butt, the Steelers weren't far behind.

Yeah, I've got no problems seeing Bell walk. He had an amazing rookie season, but he's injury prone. And they tried to work out a deal with him in the off-season, but he wants money like what Philly gave Jevon Kearse. I say bye bye Bell, we cast Gildon off when we realized we could get the same productivity out of Haggans for much cheaper, and the same will happen with Foote vs. Bell.Quote:

Wow - not even through the 1st quarter yet and Ward's got 2 on the board! They're looking good today Jay!
My Technical Supervisor was at the Steelers game today (he's a Pittsburgh native on vacation until next weekend). He'd better bring me the frelling shirt I gave him $40 for! https://forums.windrivers.com/images.../2005/03/1.gif
