Yeah,.. and dust is mainly made up of peoples dead skin. Yikes!Quote:

Yes and no, because before I worked in IT, I worked in an office enviornment for years...and never got this sick until I started the workstation to workstation thing....so yes, I was still around the same amount of people before...just not touching their keyboards like I do now...thats what I mean...Quote:

I'm developing a nice ulcer from working at this hell hole.
A study was done years ago of people allergic to chemicals in the environment and closed offices. There are appox. 80,000 chemicals produced in the world, 10,000 of which are identified for their effect on humans. Thousands of these identified chemicals are known and banned for their ill effects on people. The other 70,000 chemicals are not yet deciphered for their effects on people. A pbs documentary I watched a couple of years ago probably has info on it. Check out PBS and do a search of shows on "Chemicals in the envirnment". If you do find that you have chemicals in your system which are making you sick, and there is a device shown on that show that detects these chemicals in the human body.
Solution: Research fasting. Fasting cleanses the body of impurities. However, if done without knowing how it can be done safely can produce ill effects. Consider "The Complete Handbook of Nutrition by Gary and Steve Null". It has a chapter on fasting you can use as a start.

But I am confus-ed on why DownBeachBreeze sent me a pm with the exact text of his/her post ?
Yeah sure detox is probably good, but so is avoiding exposure too !
