Norton and the Remote disktop connection

I just saw the jpeg, dont know how i've missed it all this time.....is there an option for local ports 3389? you have a newer norton than i do.......remote port usually means outbound and local means inbound.....

Since i was creating a rule for the Remote disk there was previous rule was created by default to block the same port.
