Avast! is a notorious resource hog. If you have an older or slower system be aware. Just out of curiousity, did you try uninstalling Avast! before you reformatted?

Nuh it always told me i did'nt had the required access for almost every programs

It is named MSWRD832.CNV, so maybe what you have may need to be expanded?
Nop when i installed it told me the exact name and i found it in some windows files archive but they just don't say where it goes
And anyway gaz there is no such directory on my computer
