I'll stick to JD unless I dont have a choice, then it's Doc Otis or Mike's Hard Lemonade

LOL!!! Aye, cant we settle this over a pint? I couldn't have said it better myself lad!

I drink old german when ever possible, It is cheap as all heck... like 250 for a 6 pack..... we used to get it for 1.75 a six but we made it so popular in my town that they raised the prices...... ill drink about anything though except for Guiness...... yeck to syrupy..
Cold and free, but I would settle for either one.

A friend of mine said it best in the Pub one day, "My favorite kind of beer is the one you buy for me!"
:D
On my list...
1) The beer I brew at home. (Very Potent :D )
2) Cafree's
3) Miller Genuine Draft.
Stolen beer is Always the best beer!!!
Preference in order:
1. Corona Extra
2. Pacifico
3. Dos XX
Any light beers taste like water and aren't worth drinking (e.g. Bud Light, etc.). Domestic beer sucks! But I haven't had beer for a long time...mmmmm.....but maybe tonight :D
Completly forgot about JW Dundees Honey Brown. Yummy, gonna get a six pack on my way home.
Not really been a lager drinker since I was a kid, nice if it's hot, or I don't really feel like drinking.
Otherwise, normally a bitter.
Like Guinness and Caffrey's when I can afford it.
Been drinking lesser known ones lately. Anyone here ever try Black Sheep or Bateman's XB?
Another vote for Batemans and Black Sheep here !
Ever tried Timothy Taylor's Landlord? Splendid stuff. Not to mention Greene King Abbot, Ruddles County, Fullers and many more fine ales.

You got me on that one. I live in a student area, so real beer takes a bit of finding. Back home in rural Lincolnshire now though, pubs in the middle of nowhere with beers you've never heard of... Bliss :D
Another not found too many places bitter is Wadworths, great stuff, I could drink that all day. Has a cheesy webpage to at Beer!
Jack Daniels is really good beer(hickup)
*hic* ... glugged my share of Wadsworths too. Any body like rough cider? The thick cloudy stuff with bits floating in it, dry enough to take the skin off your teeth, not the filtered and pasteurised muck made for tourists ?
and you the northener did,nt bother mentioning Newcastle Brown Ale ,,,,I,m ashamed of you

Newcastle Brown Ale good....
Aha ! ... but I'm not a northerner, just an immigrant from the south ( but it rocks up here, sod the south, i ain't moving back there!). Newcastle Brown, however owes more to the chemical engineer than the brewer in my opinion. It does seem to be effective at turning quiet, mild-mannered lads into psychotic fighting machines though :)
Molson Golden and a shot Cuervo 1800. Nice way to start the weekend.

I'm toying with the idea of home brewing, anyone had any success with it, or does it all taste like rats p.?

If you want to start homebrewing, you can get starter kits from Mr Beer. Just to see if you want to persue it further. Go to
Mr Beer. They have kits, recipe books, ingredients, everything you need. Just thought I'd help out whoever wants to look into home brewing.
