What is your Favorite Car of All Time ???

If I had to pick my favorite car of those I've actually owned, it would be my 1969 Alfa Romeo Spyder. That was the last year they had the original boat-tail body, and the first year they got the 1750 c.c. engine with mechanical fuel injection and those lovely, huge Lockheed disk brakes, plus better suspension, an improved recirculating ball steering system, and a few other refinements.

If we're just talking pure lust, I still want a Ferrari 250 GTO and a BMW 3.0 CS.

i would say a 1969 ford mustang special edition that i bought in 1969,this could be bought by special order only with just a few made,i kept it a few years but was too yuong to think of the value it would take over the years,i tried to find one to buy and i found it on ebay at$250,000.00 us ,my wife stopped me from buying it

My favorite car of all time is a Lamborghini Countach...a beautiful car I have been in love with since 7 years old.

I had a 1962 Land Rover that would just stop running while I was driving down the road -- the whole ignition circuit would just cut out -- no spark. I discovered that if the vehicle was still moving I could restart it by leaving the clutch in and raising my right foot up and thumping on the dash board.

I spent two days with the service manual going over the Lucus electrics, tracing the electrical harness everywhere, refastening everything down. I never did find out what exactly the problem was but it never came back.
