I think you need to go for it. I was sitting with my family this weekend (multiple christamses for divorced families) and this came up. There was one (we'll call her Rose) that I thought would have worked out, but I thought she was out of my league. In getting to know her, we had a lot of similar interests (she knew and liked drag racing!). She even was trying to find a guy online, because she was sick of the bar scene. I was signed up on the same site (my buddy firemonkey signed me up as a joke). I went on and checked who it said the 10 best matches were, and she came up. I was afraid of dating a co-worker, since I really liked the job. They ended up closing the office and we were all laid off. I never made the move, and I am still kicking myself for it.
