So wrong. It's 97 here today with only a 12 mph wind blowing and 13% relative humidity. Not enough of a breeze to cool you down; just enough to dehydrate you if you have to be outside much. I predict the next poster feels a bit cheesed 'cause CeeBee got two predictions for the price of one in his last post. And he wishes he were a billionaire.

Yes I need to practice shooting a bit, my wife shot almost as good as me the very first time I took her to the range (an instructor who happened to be there teaching gun safety wouldn't believe it was her first time), but with the current price of ammo...:(

I've been looking into getting one and my gun dealer client let me check out his P90. So now we know what I wanna get if I recieve and complete my govt contract. However I also got offered an Arisaka rifle in very good condition. A k98 would be nice also but I think that's all I can think of for now.

Boy, did you hit the nail on the head there, XP! Last fall a neighbor's dog strayed into our yard, and he was covered in ticks. By the time I got animal control to pick him up (and got the sheriff to bust my neighbor) we must have had about 4 gajillion eggs. Thanks to Adams Yard Spray and about $200 of Advantix, things are looking up.

Hmm, surge supressor or UPS? Either way its a no for me - the several surge supressors scattered among equipment around the house are healthy, and running 2 laptops means automatic UPS function.

I do but was not happy with it until I installed more ram:thumbs: It is a COMPAQ that requires by it`s labeliing to two 512mb sticks. I bought it with 256mb, Slower than mud:knife: Installed one gig stick all is happy.

Guilty! However, the last company to fire me also rehired me, gave me a big raise, moved me across the country, and gave me a severance package when I quit 3 years later. Washington D.C. is a nice place to visit, but... Taking the job was still one of the worst mistakes I ever made.

True, my kitchen renovation stalled ages ago, due to budget shortfall and other things being more important. But a modest inheritance due from my late mother's estate will help with getting some projects done around the house. (Maybe even the through-the-wall enclosureless dipole subwoofer I prototyped up earlier in the year.)

I've curbed my intake of pop a lot in the past year. I went from it being my only drink to my least prefered drink. I found I was relying way too much on caffeine so I moved on to Tea, Gatorade, and water. Yes I know tea has caffeine but not as much at Mountain Dew, Jolt, or Red Bull.

As much as I want to go out and play paintball and revive my ancient but still very effective paintgun I need the budget to replace valves, and to afford a $100 outing to get a full day of it in.
