Nope. I haven't had more than six hours sleep a night for the last week, and I'm still behind on jobs for my 5 largest clients. No, I have trouble being on time, something always seems to take a couple of minutes extra. My work hours being flexible, it isn't a problem that way, but maybe I'd have to be more disciplined otherwise.
