If there is 3% caffeine found in the 'caffeine-free' cola, it would take 100 divided by 3 to equal the same amount.

Assuming of course that your bladder was big enough to hold that much liquid...

That would depend on the percentage of caffeine in a regular cola. I doubt they are 100% caffeine.
